Collaborating Institutes

BELIEVE, short for “Bench to Bed Enhanced Lymphocyte Infusions to Engineer Viral Eradication,” is a 5-year, multimillion-dollar HIV Cure research grant awarded to the George Washington University as part of the second iteration of the NIH Martin Delaney Collaboratory.

The Ragon Institute was officially established in February 2009 at MGH, MIT and Harvard with a dual mission: to contribute to the accelerated discovery of an HIV/AIDS vaccine and to establish itself as a world leader in the collaborative study of immunology.
